Hi everyone,
I've got my place my Gtown for 2019 and pretty much going to accept. Wanted to find out from previous Gtown LLM Grads what their experience was like, in particular:
- which classes they chose and why
- what the teaching style is ie traditional Socratic or mix
- how did they find/manage the workload
- any particular professors/classes to avoid
- what help and support is offered if anyone is struggling with the work/LLM
- any advice they have for pre-LLMs
Also wanted to ask how they found transition from legal practice to studying again. I've been working for the last 7 years so am worried I'll be a bit rusty with the academic side.
Anyone have any answers to the above or know how I can get them?
Cheers!
