I am currently in my last year (5th year of B.A. LL.B.) of my undergrad studies in India. I was unable to attend lectures due to a medical condition for the last 2 years due to which I had to give my exams in the following semesters.
I have cleared them with a 7.2 GPA at present. My query is whether my application for LLM would still be entertained with reappeared exams on the transcripts?
I wish to pursue an LLM in International Arbitration from a good law school (preferably NUS).
I have attended a few conferences, have a bit of social work and have held positions of responsibility while in law school, have a few publications and paper presentations. Lastly, I have interned at appellate courts, an NGO, a think tank, and under a judge at the High Court.
