Hey everyone, I need to write a research proposal for a LL.M. program, and I really want to do it on the creation of a World Court of Human Rights. The problem is that I simply cannot come up with a good research question (probably since I do not have a law background as my undergrad is politics and government). The program is on Comparative, European, and International Law with the European University Institute in Italy. I have looked around online (to further familiarize myself with the concept), and I have read a lengthy article on the subject by the professor that has researched this topic at the same university. Nonetheless, I still cannot formulate what I think is a good research question, or even know if a question is too broad, too narrow, or appropriate. Perhaps someone who has a stronger legal background than I do can offer some suggestions or point me in the right direction? Thank you very much in advance for any thoughts/ideas.
