Here you will find all
Universities in Europe that offer an LLM in Intellectual Property

European Universities offering LL.M in Commercial Law
and

European Universities offering LL.M in International Law

The leading Universities (UK, USA) generally require a IELTS score of 7.0. This might not be relevant if you only apply to Universities in Germany, Sweden and France. In your case I would start to select the less popular Universities as they do not necessarily expect a GPA of 3 - 3.67. Still, I believe your enthusiasm and work experience can make up for your grades.
