I must say that I am pretty content of the LL.M. programme so far.

The admission is by multiple choice test from ICC procedure and UNCITRAL model law on arbitration, the professors are mostly very appreciated arbitrators (members in ICC) or reputed lawyers and there are also prestigious visiting professors such as Julian Lew, Veijo Heiskanen (Lalive) and others.

Construction arbitration also has some substantive law topics such as FIDIC contracts themselves not only procedure aspects involving arbitration with such.

Some exams consist in drafting and commenting arbitration clauses and have a very practical approach.

Considering it's the first year it is organised there are few foreign students and hopefully the number will increase in time.
