Does anyone know where does Masters in Human Rights Law in Paris?

I will like to know of personal experience from people who have attended masters in human rights in France not only in Paris. I’m a law student from Latin American country and I will like to know if is helpful for someone who wishes to work on NGO to have a degree from a French school or if it is much better to have one from a American school. Is there such thing as a double degree in human rights?
