I was interested in applying to the HKU LLM in Human Rights, but even if the deadline is scheduled for May2010 no application document is available from this page: http://admission.hku.hk/acad/pgp/2010/downloadable_application.html or online application seems active.

Are the applications even available for that program?
What is going on? Anyone does know anything more?
