HKU LLM concentration comparison

JDnowLLM

Hi, I'm an American law student who is starting the full-time LLM program at HKU next month. I originally applied for and was accepted into the Chinese Law concentration program, but am considering now whether I should switch to the Corporate and Financial Law concentration instead.

What is the strength/reputation of each program? Is there one that is more highly regarded in China/HK? I am interested in pursuing a cross-border corporate law career, so either option would presumably boost my credentials for my eventual practice.

Thanks for any insight!

Hey,

Given that you started the program already, any feedback on it? I'm in a similar situation to you, and am interested in the HKU LLM programs.

Hi guys !
Im applying to HKU LLM CFL.
I wonder if you could share your first experience in HKU ? The quality of the professors, teaching and materials as well as the living experience. That would be awesome ! :) Thank you very much.
