Law in Mexico

My wife just finished law school in Mexico. From what i understand the only two states that would allow her to practice in the USA if she passed the Bar exam is California and New york. I heard from an aunt that is she got her masters in international law in Mexico she would be able to practice in any state In the United States. Could someone please clarify if her obtaining her Masters in internation law in Mexico practice in any state in the USA if se passes the bar exam. Thanks

Suerte!
