“The ILF offers one of the few programs in Europe with a truly international, rather than national or EU focus, for study of law and finance. All teaching is in English. German fluency is not a requirement for admission. The interdisciplinary curriculum combines lectures and seminars in law, business and economics as well as colloquia and prominent international guest lecturers. The ILF is based on an effective public-private partnership concept, with active participation of leading international law practitioners, finance and banking specialists as well as officials of the ECB, German Bundesbank and other bodies. The one-year program is aimed at graduates with first degrees in either law or in business or economics.”

“The European Master in Law and Economics (EMLE) program offers the unique opportunity to study at two or three European universities. It provides students with advanced knowledge on the economic effects of divergent laws and prepares them for a career in public organizations or multinational law firms. Each participating university awards an LL.M. degree or a master degree which is equivalent to an LL.M. The EMLE program has received the Erasmus Mundus label, along with only 18 other masters courses. One of the implications of the Erasmus Mundus label is that the EMLE programme is able to grant student scholarships annually to about 25 third country students, and also scholarships for 10 European students are available.”

“Bucerius Law School and the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management are jointly offering a one-year, English-language Master in Law and Business (“MLB”) program. The program combines numerous aspects of international business law with issues of international management. Because course participants will be trained systematically in both the legal and economic fields, they will obtain a unique ability to analyze the ever-increasing number of international issues that involve both legal and economic elements. The program draws on the faculty resources of both the Bucerius Law School and the WHU and brings in adjunct professors from the practicing legal community.”

“The Munich Intellectual Property Law Center offers an English-language Intellectual Property LL.M. Program that features small classes with a world-renowned faculty in 'Europe's Intellectual Property Capital.' The curriculum covers all aspects of European, American, and international IP, media and competition law. Students benefit from the Center's technically advanced, spacious facilities, including the world's most complete IP library at the adjacent Max Planck Institute. The MIPLC is a project of the Max Planck Society, the University of Augsburg, the Technische Universität München, and The George Washington University Law School.”

“The LL.M. IT-Law offers a one-year Master program for postgraduate students. The students spend the first semester in Hannover and the second at one of our ten Partner Universities across Europe. As many of the courses offered in Hannover are in English, it is possible for foreign students to participate in the program. So far, students not only from Germany, but also from Austria, China, Finland, Greece, Poland, Puerto Rico and Spain have taken part. The students from the past years are organized in the EULISP-alumni, which holds regular meetings and is an excellent networking platform.”

“The Master of European Regulation of Network Industries (MERNI) is a postgraduate degree programme offered by the Center for European Integration Studies (ZEI) at the University of Bonn. The demand for expertise in network industries (telecommunications, energy, transport, water and postal services) stems from private and public sectors alike, be it from network and network-related companies, consultancies, financial institutions, regulatory authorities or industry and consumer associations. Eligible to apply are all university graduates, and particularly those holding a degree in law, economics, engineering, IT or political science.”

As a recognised non-profit institution, JurGrad encourages further education at the university and currently offers six Master’s courses in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Wealth Management, Real Estate Law, Tax Law, Insurance Law and Business Law. All of the Master’s programmes, with the exception of “Business Law”, take place while participants carry out their professional commitments.”
