Master 2 France and practicing in Australia

Hi everybody,

I'm a french law student in Paris and will be graduating soon (Master 2 which is like an advanced LLM). I would like to apply for an LLM in Australia but I want to make sure that it is possible afterwards to actually work as a lawyer in the country.

Is an LLM enough? Do I have to apply for an LLB? If so, can i get some credit for my studies in France?

Thanks in advance.

In the state of NSW, an LLM is not enough.

For the requirements to practice in NSW, see this website:
