Master 2 France and practicing in Australia
Hi everybody,Wed Sep 23, 2009 02:20 PM I'm a french law student in Paris and will be graduating soon (Master 2 which is like an advanced LLM). I would like to apply for an LLM in Australia but I want to make sure that it is possible afterwards to actually work as a lawyer in the country. Is an LLM enough? Do I have to apply for an LLB? If so, can i get some credit for my studies in France? Thanks in advance. |

In the state of NSW, an LLM is not enough.Thu Oct 01, 2009 12:31 PM For the requirements to practice in NSW, see this website: www.lawlink.nsw.gov.au/lawlink/lpab/ll_lpab.nsf/pa… |
