I am from srinagar(J&K)i have enrolled for MBL this year and i want to know more about this course like it's thrust areas and how much tough is this,as some body has written that the pass %age is near about 2%.And if anyone enrolled this year,can you please share your contact with me.

MBL isn't as tough as it appears. It just prepares one to have complete knowhow of all related Business/Commercial laws in place.

Considering the syllabus in your LL.B, first year papers would be well within your area of connectivity.

Generally termed as tough/difficult because of the ample time one needs to give to it. One needs to submit project work for every paper and the solution to the problems from all modules of all papers. If you are pursuing the course for having in-depth knowledge of the subjects you'd be studying, (bingo!) you are at it. If you are the one who can give time for the research and reading, it's under your belt!

Hi Akansha, your comments were very valuable. From this batch (2009-2011) there will be no assignments, projects and viva. So in that sense, there is a paradigm shift in assessment. Yes the pass %age figures are also not too bad either.
