Scholarship award such as this is a laudable humanitarian gesture however, It should be the exclusive reserve for indigent prospective students.I am from the NIGER-DELTA region of Nigeria,a lawyer, and a professional negotiator and arbitrator.I would need this aid to facilitate my application to study LL.M in Petroleum Law and Policy in Dundee. I intend to apply for the September 2009 Stream in the month of May.Therefore, am I illegible to apply for the said scholarsip?

I am an attorney in Cameroon with more than 5 years experience in Law practice. I wish to narrow and specialise my practice to Petroleum and Mineral Law.
I look forward to apply for this programme at Dundee in Autumn 2009 and be considered for full funding.
Recently Nigeria handed over to Cameroon, the oil-rich bakassi peninsular and my country needs experts in petroleum law and policy to go about this.
Let me know how i can apply. Thanks
